Return & Refund Policy – Kuwait Asian Mart
Effective Date: July 2025
At Kuwait Asian Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, we have a specific return and refund policy outlined below:
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following categories:
- Perishable items (e.g., snacks, beverages, nutritional products)
- Personal care and beauty products
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items on clearance or promotion
This is in line with hygiene and food safety standards in Kuwait.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To report the issue:
- Email us at info@kuwaitasianmart.com
- Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the product and packaging
We will investigate and offer either:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A full refund (if the item is no longer in stock)
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- You will be notified by email once the refund is processed
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank first. If the issue remains, reach out to us at info@kuwaitasianmart.com
